GreenRock is a non-explosive Demolition Agent. Demolition, breaking and cutting can be used according to working scheme; it is very easy to crunch the remaining reinforced concrete structures on demand during demolitition.
It can do more work safely, while providing control expansive creaking.
GreenRock produces an extreme expansive force of 8000T/m2 on the hole-walls and also no noise, no vibration, no toxic gases or residues.
It is ideal for use in situations where surrounding buildings or other for use in situctures would be damaged by flying debris or vibration.

Drill holes using drill and appropriate drill bit specific to the rock or concrete type.
The best drill bits to meet specific requirement are 40, 50, 65 mm diameters holes and should be drilled respectively in 25, 30, 80 mm diameters.
Large diameter holes positioned closer together accelerate breaking time.
ATTENTION 1: If the holes are hidden, should drill holes with 30° angle deviation.
ATTENTION 2: In reinforced concrete recommended approximately no more than 15 centimeter apart and should be drilled closer together.
ATTENTION 3: Be notes, drilled holes do not jointed together. In a bucket, combine (1.3 liters) of water with 5 kilograms bags of E.M.KATROCK in winter and 1.5 liters of water with 5 kilograms bags of that in summer.
ATTENTION 4: drilled holes should be 80-90% of the depth, do not go through.
A pair of safety glasses, rubber gloves and a dust-proof mask is required.
All thoroughly mixed material should be applied maximum 5 to 10 minutes after mixing.
It is better for mixing material using a drill fitted by a paddle mixer with 15-25°c mixing water temperature.
E.M.KATROCK slurry should be poured in to holes within 5 to 10 minutes after mixing and covering surely with use of nylon.
Make sure to select correct mixing type of E.M.KATROCK for your temperature range.
Depending on weather temperature, product application is between 5 to 6 hours.
